A large LGBTQIA+ campground opened in 2004 on 161 acres of woodland in the Pocono Mountains, Pennsylvania, with streams and a four-acre lake you can explore by pedal boat. It is restricted to over-18s and entry is only with a campground membership card, issued on arrival. The whole property is clothing optional, except the indoor café dining room, with the naturist etiquette of a towel to sit on; the website itself warns, however, that the vast majority of guests stay clothed. There are sites for tents, RVs and trailers (many with 50 amps), 39 cabins without bathrooms and 3 tiny houses with kitchens. The heart of it is the clubhouse with a pool, hot tubs, café, shop and nightclub, with DJs at weekends, pool parties and themed weekends; there are over 3 miles of woodland trails. Staff, bathroom cleanliness and atmosphere draw mostly enthusiastic praise; criticisms concern loud music until late and the restaurant closing early. Season from May to October.
