Sandy Terraces Associates

A small historic nudist campground on Cape Cod — founded in the late 1940s and in its 73rd season in 2026 — organised as a members' cooperative in Marstons Mills. The grounds are terraced woodland crossed by trails, overlooking a clear pond with a sun deck and the option of canoeing and kayaking; at the centre is a spacious heated saltwater pool, recently renovated, with cabanas for shade and a bocce court. There is no shortage of activities: pickleball, tennis, volleyball, basketball, cornhole, billiards, darts, a wood-fired sauna, a pavilion for shared dinners and a busy calendar of parties, tournaments and potlucks. You can stay on RV or tent sites or in one of the rental cabins; there is no on-site food service (only drinks, ice and coffee) but several local places deliver. Day visitors welcome, singles included; becoming a member requires several visits and an interview with the board. Pets are not allowed. Affiliated with AANR, it has been included in American rankings of the best "nudist RV parks".
