Rainbow Golf Bungalows

Small resort of 21 bungalows exclusively for gay men, in a pedestrianised residential area of Campo Internacional in Maspalomas, in the south of Gran Canaria. Around the pool, heated all year round, there are a jacuzzi, a poolside bar and sunbeds, and nudity is permitted but not required; for those who wish there is also a room reserved for guests, equipped for sex, which the website openly declares along with the gay porn channel in the rooms. The bungalows, in three categories, have a living room, separate bedroom, kitchenette and two terraces, one of them private at the back. The atmosphere is more restful than party-oriented, with many guests returning every year and staff whom those who have stayed greatly appreciate; you can come as a couple, with friends or alone. It is not on the beach or next to the bars and clubs: the Yumbo is about a fifteen-minute walk away, partly uphill, and it is best to take a taxi to the sea. The most frequently mentioned weak point is the age of some bungalows: some found the bathrooms old and the whole place a bit tired, and others complained about cleanliness and the closure of the pool and jacuzzi after 20:00.
