A large naturist resort of the Valamar group on the Lanterna peninsula, between Novigrad and Poreč, in Istria (Croatia), on 49 hectares of pine and oak woodland facing 2.5 km of coastline with Blue Flag naturist beaches and crystal-clear sea. It offers a wide range of accommodation: spacious pitches with sea views or in the shade, camping homes (mobile homes), rooms and apartments near reception. Facilities: outdoor pool with sea view, buffet restaurant with optional half board, several à la carte restaurants, a sports and entertainment programme from July to September (tennis, cycling, Nordic walking, aqua aerobics) and live music in the evening, which some guests find noisy. The rules ask guests to be nude throughout the campsite and forbid clothing on the beach and in the pool; solo travellers, men or women, are admitted only with the card of a federation affiliated to the International Naturist Federation (INF), a rule the campsite enforces and which has surprised more than one guest arriving without a booking. Dogs allowed in dedicated areas of the campsite with a reserved stretch of beach. Season from early May to late September. One of the best-known and best-organised naturist destinations on the Adriatic coast.
