A historic naturist campsite on the island of Krk, in business for almost half a century and run by Falkensteiner together with the nearby Camping Pila, in a sheltered bay 3 km from Punat. Ten hectares of terraced slopes dropping steeply to the sea, with 330 pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes divided into three zones; there is no rental accommodation. The main beach, of shingle, has a Blue Flag; along 1.5 km of coastline there are other small coves and, towards Stara Baška, a protected stretch reachable only from the sea (kayak and SUP). A deliberately basic site, rated two stars: restaurant and beach bar, minimarket, three sanitary blocks, wifi only at reception, dogs allowed. Everyone agrees on the beauty of the place and its peace and quiet; the most frequently reported weak points are dated infrastructure, many steps between pitches and facilities (not well suited to people with mobility difficulties) and prices considered high for the level of service. Suited to those looking for nature, sea and silence rather than comfort and entertainment.
