Natures Resort is a naturist resort/RV park in the Rio Grande Valley, in South Texas, an hour from South Padre Island. Member of AANR and AANR-Southwestern Region. It offers rooms, RV/trailer sites and homes for sale for those looking for a permanent base (it is also popular with retirees). Facilities include heated pools, a volleyball pool, a 20-person hot tub, a clubhouse with communal kitchen, library, gym, billiard room, pickleball and pétanque courts, and a dog park separated by size, with social activities almost every day. The rules ask for clothing to be kept to a minimum: in warm weather being clothed is not accepted, while in bad weather you may cover up; swimsuits are not allowed in the pool. Day visits are also possible without booking, with listed rates for couples, single men and single women. Dogs allowed (maximum two per site, on a lead outside your own lot, aggressive dogs excluded); photos without permission are prohibited. Guests rate it excellent and describe a very present and responsive management.
