Dedicated naturist area

The place where organised naturism was born in Istria in 1961: the historic Koversada at Vrsar, with the islet of the same name in front of the mouth of the Lim Channel. Today it is a “Park Camping Resort” of the Maistra group, split into two campsites: Koversada Uncovered Naturist (pitches and mobile homes in the naturist area towards the channel) and Koversada Covered, textile, with a kids club and new facilities; next to them are the Naturist Park apartments. Pine woods with roe deer and hares, kilometres of rocky and shingle coastline, MaiEats restaurants, sculptures from the Montraker school. Important note: long-standing regulars complain that with the Maistra redevelopment the naturist component has shrunk considerably compared with the past (a semi-abandoned island, a reduced naturist area), while those arriving today find a modern, tidy campsite with crystal-clear sea. Recently more than one guest has criticised the reception. Dogs are allowed for a fee, with a dog beach.
