Naturism in Spain: laws and customs →
Nudity required

A large naturist campsite on the Costa Daurada, open since 1995 in front of Platja del Torn, one of the best-known naturist beaches in Catalonia, which can be reached directly from the campsite. Its distinctive feature is the Hispano-Arabic architecture — red arched buildings, domes, courtyards — that frames the pool complex: infinity pools overlooking the pine forest and the sea, and heated seawater jacuzzis, the reason the site presents itself as a naturist wellness resort. Nudism is compulsory throughout the campsite and in the pool, except in the service areas, and since 2026 booking requires presenting a naturist card: a new rule that has drawn plenty of criticism from Spanish visitors. Accommodation ranges from pitches in four categories to mobile homes, chalets and equipped tents; animals are not allowed in any form. The atmosphere is avowedly family-oriented, with a kids' club and children's activities, and guests confirm this: cleanliness and upkeep are the most appreciated points, along with the location between pine forest, dunes and sea. The criticisms, recurring and not recent, almost always concern the management rather than the place: difficulty getting a reply to book, slow or unfriendly reception, and paid services such as wifi considered unreliable. The area is handy for PortAventura, the Ebro Delta and boat trips.
