Naturist retreat on sixty acres of hilly woodland in southern Ohio, near Peebles. The main draw is the trails: several kilometres starting at the end of the internal road, walked nude, and it is what almost every guest remembers. Around the entrance is the core of the facilities — office, a pavilion that serves as dining hall and meeting place, a heated pool, clubhouse, volleyball court, outdoor showers — while further on are the pitches for tents and RVs, the rental cabins, disc golf, pétanque and a fishing pond. There is a monthly calendar of events: cornhole tournaments, poker runs, potlucks, concerts, creative evenings. Those coming alone are admitted: membership fees and passes also have a single-person rate. The management is known for its welcome to first-timers; it is also very strict on two points, nudity (which is not optional) and phones, banned in all common areas — something some guests have found hard. Some report less than perfect maintenance and a very close-knit membership.
