Casa con Vista

Apartment of about eighty square metres on the ground floor of the owners' house, in a valley of citrus groves behind Denia, on the Costa Blanca. It has a bedroom with a four-poster bed, a sofa bed for the third and fourth guests, an equipped kitchen and its own entrance and parking space. The strong point is outside: an unheated fourteen-by-seven-metre pool with a partly covered terrace, hammocks, an outdoor kitchen and mountain views. The pool and outdoor spaces are shared with the owners, who live upstairs and use the pool on hot days, giving guests priority, and with their dog, which roams freely. Nudity is allowed here and the place is secluded, but the house's website does not mention it and it is not a naturist property in the strict sense: it is best to agree beforehand. The village's supermarket, restaurants and bars can be reached on foot, and the beaches are 20-30 minutes away by car. The valley suits those who want to walk, cycle or climb. The minimum stay is three nights. Guests particularly appreciate the pool, the view and the friendliness of the owners.
