Camping Almanat FKK-Naturist

A large naturist campsite on the Costa del Sol, right on the seafront of Almayate nudist beach, open all year round. It is entirely naturist: on their first arrival every guest, whether a couple, a family or alone, signs a declaration committing to practise nudism on the campsite; in the pool no swimwear is worn, while the restaurant has time slots when clothing is required. The site has grown considerably over the years and is now a large, very well-equipped complex — outdoor pool and heated indoor pool, sauna, gym and fitness room, minigolf, pétanque, table tennis, restaurant, supermarket and playground — with hundreds of pitches of different categories (some with a private bathroom) plus bungalows and mobile homes for rent. The character is family-oriented and orderly, with very detailed written rules: strict night-time quiet, gates closed from midnight to 8 am, an absolute ban on taking photos inside, dogs allowed only on pitches and not in bungalows. Recurring visitor comments describe very well-kept toilet facilities and helpful staff, but also pitches that are often narrow and close together in high season, little shade and — a frequent complaint — the impossibility of paying by card at most of the on-site services. The ground is dark sand and the beach is gravel and pebbles: those looking for a scenic setting or a small, intimate campsite probably won't find it here; those looking for a comfortable, well-served base that can also be used in winter near Málaga will.
