A large adults-only (21+) clothing optional resort in Land O Lakes, Florida (Tampa area), run as a club with compulsory membership (daily or annual) to use the facilities. Condos, casitas and hotel rooms, themed lakes and pools, a spa (The Retreat), restaurants and bars, and an on-site nightclub with DJs and themed parties almost every night/weekend. Very aggressive marketing geared towards selling memberships (a presentation meeting is compulsory to get promotional rates). It also presents itself as a lifestyle club, with themed evening parties (including a Fetish Ball). Single men are admitted, but their day pass can only be bought in person at the gate, in limited numbers each day and while places last; alternatively there are dedicated memberships. It is generally liked, but there is no shortage of critical opinions, especially about the sales techniques and maintenance.
