Member-run naturist club, founded in 1986, in the Calder Valley between Elland and Brighouse (West Yorkshire). About 7 acres of grounds with pitches for members and visitors (tents, caravans, campervans), three club pods for rent and the option of day visits, to be booked online at least 48 hours in advance. The club presents itself as suitable for families, couples and singles. It has an indoor pool with an opening roof, a sauna and a hot tub open all year round, a clubhouse with a licensed bar, billiards and an active social calendar (Friday quiz, live music, Saturday pétanque league in summer, tournaments). Dogs allowed; walks in the Ashday Lane woods and along the River Calder start right next to the grounds. People speak of a very welcoming atmosphere, frequented in winter too, with members described as kind and helpful.
