Villa Les Lodges

Three naturist gîtes in a villa on a 3,000-square-metre plot on the outskirts of La Motte, in the Var, between the Côtes de Provence vineyards and the scrubland, about twenty minutes' drive from the naturist beaches on the coast (Saint-Aygulf, then Pampelonne). They have been run since 2012 by Marylène and Rémi, who live on site. The accommodation consists of three independent apartments classified as four-star, each with its own entrance and terrace: a garden-level studio for two, a one-bedroom apartment for two with a panoramic terrace and a duplex for two to four people. Communal life centres on the large pool, heated from April to October, south-facing and sheltered from the mistral, with a relaxation corner and a home cinema beneath the villa; the property has no neighbours looking in, and you can be naked at any time of day, weather permitting. It is a house that focuses on calm and privacy, with a weekly poolside aperitif offered by the owners, and guests who have stayed there emphasise precisely the tranquillity, cleanliness and welcome. It makes a good base for exploring the Var and the French Riviera, as far as the Verdon Gorge. It is recognised by the FFN (discount for members); rates include a supplement for guests aged 8 and over, and pets are not allowed.
