Phuket Gay Homestay

A guesthouse for gay men only in Neramit Hill, a residential hillside neighbourhood in Kathu, about 4 km from Patong and the gay nightlife of Paradise Complex. It is the home of the two hosts, Ulf and Boy: five rooms around a pool open day and night, a steam bath in the evening, breakfast included and an honesty bar. Throughout the house you can be dressed or naked, as each guest prefers. The atmosphere is that of family hospitality: many guests travel alone and come back, friendships form around the pool, and the hosts help organise trips and evenings out. Every Saturday evening there is the Gaythering, a buffet dinner with the pool and sauna also open to outside guests, with the music kept low. It is not a hotel: you need a taxi for the beach and the nightlife, and some guests did not feel at ease in the homely atmosphere.
