5-hectare naturist ground belonging to the VRIJ association (Veluwe, Rijn en IJsel), in use since 1989, in rural Flevoland near Zeewolde, a member of the Dutch federation NFN. Surrounded by orchards and farmland, it is divided into small tree-lined fields (each named after an apple variety) that create an intimate atmosphere; about 100 pitches, 84 belonging to members and 16 for guests (dedicated guest field or a free pitch among the members), around ten suitable for motorhomes. Car-free grounds: cars only enter to load and unload, with luggage trolleys available from the central car park. Clubhouse (Het Klokhuis) with bar, TV and library, Saturday evening activities also open to guests (communal dinners, quizzes, pétanque tournament, karaoke); two sanitary buildings, free sauna, 5x10 metre pool open for much of the season, pétanque court, playground and a playhouse for the little ones. Guests stay overnight from early April to early October, children up to 11 enter free for day visits; bookings by phone or WhatsApp. Dogs allowed on a lead (guest field only). Nearby, naturist beaches and cycle routes in Flevoland. The welcome, the sauna and the facilities are much appreciated; the only recurring remark is the noise of the wind turbines in the nearby polder.
