A naturist bed & breakfast set in an old mill on the river La Brame, in the Haute-Vienne department (Nouvelle-Aquitaine), run since 2023 by Johannetta Gordijn and Herman van Leeuwen (previously by Tessa and Bouwe). The property covers about 5.5 hectares on both banks of the river, with islands and small private beaches, a garden with benches and deckchairs, and paths for walks of varying difficulty; the area is suited to hiking and cycling. 4 very spacious rooms in the old miller's buildings (Arabella, Barcarolle, Capriccio, Divertimento), with 200x160 cm beds. 10x5.5 m pool, sauna and hot tub (extra charge). Breakfast included, 3-course dinner (table d'hôtes) a few evenings a week, honesty bar, free wifi (weak mobile signal in the area). Table tennis, badminton, boules and board games; free private parking. Open all year round, but the naturist season usually runs from June to September; before and after, it depends on the weather and the guests. Nudity is free everywhere but not compulsory (many guests get dressed for breakfast and dinner), while swimwear and clothing are not allowed in the pool; membership of a naturist federation is not required. Adults only, for the sake of tranquillity (maximum 8 guests), and the hosts make clear that it is not a place for swingers. No pets. Opinions are very good, with recurring praise for the welcome, the cooking and the peace of the place; the only significant criticism, dating back to the previous management, concerned admission requirements perceived as too strict.
