A family naturist campsite rated 4 stars in the Limousin (Haute-Vienne), on almost 7 terraced hectares among wooded hills, on the shores of a lake between two dams where you can swim, fish and go canoeing or pedal-boating; getting down to the water involves a fair climb. Founded in 1989, it offers pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes from the upper part down to the lakeshore, chalets (Effy, Maripat, Isabri), a lodge and ready-equipped tents ("Western" and "Bivouac"). Bar-restaurant, a communal meal once a week and small tournaments and activities in summer, but the character of the place is tranquillity: it is one to recommend to those looking for nature and silence rather than entertainment. Nudity preferred everywhere and compulsory at the lake and in the showers, clothing tolerated elsewhere. The campsite states that it welcomes single men and women, couples, families and friends without distinction, including of sexual orientation; no naturist card is required. Dogs and cats allowed on pitches, not in rentals or on the beach. Campsite open from early May to mid-October, chalets available to rent all year round. Guests speak of it enthusiastically.
