Naturist (policy unspecified)

A small naturist campsite owned by the association Naturistforeningen Lillebælt, on a headland at Svinø overlooking Gamborg Fjord, ten kilometres south-east of Middelfart, between woodland and beach. It is a friendly, informal place: at its centre is the communal building with modern sanitary facilities, a family bathroom, an equipped kitchen with pots and pans available and a lounge with TV, games and book exchange; outside, a large covered terrace, the communal grill that the association lights every Saturday, a sauna with a view over the water and a sun deck, the fire hut and a playground in the middle of the lawn. There are also a few cabins for rent (including one for cycle tourists) and free internet. Guests' accounts are almost always enthusiastic: a very warm welcome, impeccable facilities and the feeling of becoming part of the community straight away. Pitches cannot be booked: it is advisable to phone before arriving. The association keeps a calendar of parties that go on late into the night (Whitsun, the pig roast in July, Oktoberfest in October), a week dedicated to children and two weeks of naturist festival in mid-July; people get dressed for the parties, and when it is cold everyone decides for themselves. The new communal kitchen opened in 2026. Dogs are allowed for a small daily surcharge.
