Naturism in Australia: laws and customs →
Nudity required

Australia's largest nudist club, founded in 1970 on 26 hectares of bushland between Windsor and Wisemans Ferry, about 65 km from Sydney. It is a private club owned by its members, which is keen to point out that it is neither a resort nor a campground, affiliated with the Australian Naturist Federation and run by volunteers. It also welcomes visitors — couples, families and adults travelling alone — through an online application to be submitted at least 72 hours in advance: you can come up to six times a year, after which you must become a member (this requires six visits, three of them to events, and an interview). Adults are nude when the weather allows; children may stay clothed. There are sites for tents, caravans and motorhomes, and vans for rent; pets are allowed only in visitors' own vehicles. A clubhouse with a heated pool and spa, tennis, miniten and a network of bush trails with a seasonal waterfall, rock shelters and lookouts. Social life is lively but optional: monthly functions with music, karaoke, pizza nights, nude runs, aqua aerobics, yoga and pétanque.
