Australia's oldest nudist club (founded in 1949), on 25 acres of bushland along the Georges River near Campbelltown (NSW), about 40 minutes from Sydney. It is a member-run club (not a resort with daily fees): you pay an annual membership fee with free access, there is a six-month trial period for new members and shared maintenance tasks (working bees). Nudity is the norm, not optional. The facilities are basic (covered kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven, showers, sites for tents and caravans), but the grounds by the river and in the middle of the bush are much appreciated. Social life is busy, with monthly events (themed parties, country nights, Oktoberfest) open to members of all ages. Membership applications are open to families and couples, who can visit the grounds on the first weekend of each month; the waiting list for single men is full.
