Gîte naturiste Les Olives

Two small naturist gîtes run by Florence and Lucas in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, in the Var, about 800 metres from the town centre with its basilica, shops and market. The accommodation consists of an air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment of about 45 square metres in a small detached house (Les Romarins) and a large air-conditioned 40-square-metre studio with a terrace (Les Lavandes), both for up to four people, with linen included. Outside there is a fenced 1,500-square-metre garden, not overlooked by neighbours, with oak trees, a heated 10 by 5 metre pool surrounded by a safety fence, a summer kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven, and a boules court. Naturism is practised throughout the property and is explicitly family-oriented: the owners, who are members of the FFN, rule out swinging, children are welcome and the FFN card can be obtained on site (free for children); some pets are accepted, to be agreed when booking. In summer it is let from Saturday to Saturday, and out of season also by the month. Guests speak of very clean accommodation, friendly and discreet hosts, and a good base for walks and bike rides in the surrounding hills and towards the Sainte-Baume, the naturist beaches of the Var and the Verdon.
