Dragonfly Naturist Village

Thailand's largest naturist resort, opened in 2021 in the countryside about ten kilometres from Pattaya (around twenty minutes by taxi), on roughly a hectare of gardens. It is fully naturist: you are nude everywhere, a sarong or towel is allowed only for first-timers, and the staff work clothed. At its heart is a 20-metre outdoor pool with sunloungers and parasols; around it are an onsen with pools at different temperatures and a heated pool, massages, a gym, a billiards and table tennis room, a walking trail, an open-air cinema screen and a restaurant serving Thai and Western food. Rooms have king-size beds, some with a patio onto the pool or with a hot tub, and there are two pool villas; breakfast is charged separately. Day visits are also possible. Access depends on who is arriving: male-female couples, female couples and single women need no membership card, while single men must be members of the resort's own club (Naturist Vacation Club, an annual card to be taken out in person at the office; the manager says the card of the American AANR is also accepted), and in male couples at least one must be a member. Pets are allowed on request, with some restrictions. It is a member of AANR. Sex is only allowed in the rooms, photos only with permission. Guests praise the pool, the onsen and the staff; recurring criticisms include a somewhat limited menu, some maintenance needed, music from a nearby venue on certain evenings and the firmness with which single men without a card are turned away.
