Naturism in France: laws and customs →
Naturist (policy unspecified)

A family-run naturist chambres d'hôtes in Lédenon, in the Gard, at the foot of a 12th-century medieval castle, 18 km from Nîmes and 29 from Avignon. Marc and Cathy, partners of the French Naturism Federation, rent out three rooms (Camargue, Love and Zen) of 16 to 22 m² with private bathroom and air conditioning, in a house not overlooked by neighbours, with a garden and a 10x4.5 m pool. Only couples, straight and LGBT, and women are welcome: single men, under-19s and pets are not admitted, and there are at most six guests at a time. The pool, spa, sauna and bar are fully naturist, while a sarong is appreciated at breakfast; naturism is practised mainly from May to October, and at certain times the house also takes guests in swimwear, but never together with naturist bookings. Sauna, spa and Californian massage are charged extra. The website explicitly states that it is not a libertine venue. Those who stayed in 2023-2024 describe Marc and Cathy as warm hosts, with well-kept rooms and a very peaceful atmosphere.

Depending on the season or demand, we also welcome a conventional (textile) clientele, taking care not to mix bookings on site. [...] The Pool, Spa, Sauna and Bar area is completely naturist; in the other parts of the site (breakfast, table d'hôtes) a sarong is a VERY APPRECIATED gesture.
