Naturist holiday home in the countryside around Catignano, in the hills inland from Pescara, about twenty kilometres from the city; it is run by Dario and Lina, who live close by. There are only two apartments, each with a living room and kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and a small second bedroom: the lower one has a private sun terrace with direct access to the pool, the upper one a large terrace with a barbecue. Shared areas include an above-ground pool with a sun deck and a shade sail, a large lawn, the olive grove and a small wood with a stream and hammocks. Naturism is allowed throughout the property; many guests, however, come here mainly because they travel with their dogs, which are welcome, with fenced areas, room to run and a little pool all of their own. Children are also allowed. Guests who have stayed here talk of silence, privacy and very helpful hosts; some, however, found the furnishings and comforts dated and the privacy less complete than expected. It is a good base for excursions into the Maiella and Gran Sasso parks, and the sea is about twenty minutes away. It is certified by FENAIT, and INF-FNI cardholders get a discount.
