Naturism in France: laws and customs →
Naturist (policy unspecified)

The only naturist campsite in the Ariège, in the Pyrenean foothills south of Toulouse: 26 hectares of meadows, hills and woodland, with 45 spacious, level pitches and views of the Pyrenees range. Open since 1991 and run since 2018 by Pascaline and Gaëtan, it feels more like a private home than a holiday village: heated pool, wood-fired sauna, snack bar, bread delivered every morning and a shared meal twice a week, pétanque and a library. Three trails start from the grounds and can be walked naked through the woods, and this is what visitors mention most often, along with the silence. For those who don't want to bring a tent there are seven rentals: caravans, safari tents, Coco Sweet and mobile homes. Many guests speak of it enthusiastically, for the cleanliness and the welcome; the criticisms almost all concern the same point, namely the strictness of the management — pitches assigned by the office, rules on arrivals and departures, and more than one case of visitors turned away because they were not considered in line with the naturism practised on site. It is a place for those seeking peace and clear rules, not for those who like to improvise.
