Camping De Schoone Waardin

An NFN naturist campsite on the coast of Walcheren (Zeeland), at Ritthem near Vlissingen, overlooking the Western Scheldt and within cycling distance of beaches and dunes. 50 spacious pitches for caravans, motorhomes and tents, run on a weekly rota by volunteer members of the Naturistenvereniging Zeelandia association; a new toilet block has recently been built. Open from early May to late September. To book, all guests need an NFN card (or the NFN/INF jaarkaart): you do not need to be a member of the club, which happily welcomes outside guests. Life is sociable: shared dinners, tapas evenings, morning exercises, a boules tournament on Sundays, live music, pub quizzes and Friday drinks. Children are welcome (reduced rate up to 18), pets are welcome (maximum two per pitch). Visitors almost always speak of it with enthusiasm, appreciating the volunteers' welcome, the cleanliness and the dinners together, and recommend the cycle routes to Middelburg and Veere.
